Singapore PR Application Notice

Brief introduction
For foreigners living and working in Singapore, applying for a PR (Permanent Resident) is often the first step towards integrating into local life. Become a PR, you don't have to worry about your work permit being cancelled every day, you can pick up your parents to live for a long time, the tuition fee for your children to go to school has also been reduced, you can buy a second-hand HDB house after taking pr for three years, and you don't have to pay so much tax when you buy an apartment. PR status has so many conveniences, so what conditions can be met to apply for PR, and how to apply specifically?

Application conditions
1. Spouse of a Singapore citizen/PR and children under the age of 21
2. Parents of Singapore citizens
3. EP and SP Pass holders
4. Investors (e.g. Entrepass holders, 2.5 million immigrant investors, etc.)
5. International students who have been in Singapore for more than two years and have passed more than one national examination/entered the IP scheme
Note:
1. WP Pass holders are not allowed to apply for PR separately, but can be sponsored if the spouse is SC/PR/EP/SP.
2. The Accompanying Reading Pass cannot be applied for PR unless any of the above 5 conditions are met.
