PEP-Personalized Employment Pass is a professional pass set up in Singapore for foreign high-income professionals, is the highest level of work pass, this pass applicant is not limited to one employer, has a great job convenience flexibility, only need to notify the Ministry of Manpower to change the company information when changing jobs, there is no need to re-apply for a new pass.
Step 1

1. PEP Pass holders are not allowed to set up their own business in Singapore, i.e. they cannot participate in any corporate activities and employment of their own company.
2. PEP holders may serve as directors of a company's remuneration system, as long as the company does not belong to them.
