Registration of branches

If you are a foreign company, you want to register a branch office in Singapore. As an international business service organization, Yixin Business can provide a full range of solutions for the registration and operation of branches of foreign companies to escort your business development in Singapore.

Any activity in Singapore for the purpose of making a sustained profit requires registration with the Accounting Enterprises Authority of Singapore. Before a foreign company can start its business activities here, it is necessary to register a local corporate entity in Singapore.

The Singapore branch is considered an extension of the foreign company and not as a separate legal entity. Unlike subsidiaries in Singapore, the parent company of a branch is responsible for all the liabilities of the branches and the liabilities of the branches. By virtue of the fact that its subsidiary is under the jurisdiction of Singapore, a claimant may commence proceedings against the overseas parent company through the Singapore courts.
