Singapore Business Immigrants obtain a Business Pass by registering a Singapore company, and then applying for a green card through the Business Pass.
The Business Entry Pass, also known as the Business Entry Permit, is a work permit for foreign entrepreneurs jointly reviewed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Spring Singapore.
If you are going to set up a new company in Singapore, you are eligible to apply for a Business Pass, thereby further obtaining Singapore Permanent Residency (PR) for the purpose of entrepreneurial immigration.

Approval Criteria for Entrepreneurial Immigration
